Product looks really nice and came quickly, but the emails keep referring to me by my deadname because that is what is on the billing address.

Regarding shipping your items were sent out the same day you placed your order however due to limitations and constraints with shipment providers and your order being international, shipping times are currently taking longer in most cases.
We have taken onboard your packaging review too! At present we use recyclable mailers made from at least 60% recycled materials: Although this is great for the environment and limits our carbon footprint, we agree that the packaging can be a little delicate at times and are looking into further alternatives!

Products arrived very quickly and are of good quality, my only criticism is that they arrived in a soft bag/envelope and I had ordered sunglasses, they arrived in perfect condition but I can't help but worry that the packaging would not protect items such as these from being dropped etc

We are currently evaluating more protective ways to ship out our newer products such as our latest sunglasses range. Although the packaging does have a layer of recyclable bubble wrap, we completely agree there should be additional protection wherever possible! We're working hard behind the scenes to make this possible whilst also ensuring we do so as environmentally friendly as possible.
