Cooler box

I ordered a cooler box costing just under £60. When it arrived it was packaged in a foot spa box. When I opened the box, there was no packing or cellophane on what was supposed to be a new item. The lid was dirty,there is a dead bug on the inside of the lid and dirt on the bottom of the cooler box.it looks like some mould has been cleaned from one of the corners,it's stained, and finally the box is dented. I emailed Jmart directly after opening the box asking for a full refund and to return the item back to them. So far I have had no reply. PEOPLE PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY. I wish I had read there reviews on here before purchasing. Utter cowboys.

Avoid like the plague

Avoid like the plague. They are fraudulent company who make excuses and do not send products out. I will be reporting this company to trading standards so that they will not be able to trade online in the future

Terrible Service

Terrible Service. Ordered and paid for next day delivery. Nothing turned up. No way of contacting them apart from email, which they do not reply to. I’m paying someone to put up some fencing and they’ve turned up twice to do the work but still no delivery.

Is this a scam?

Ordered items for next day delivery almost a week ago, and items still hasn’t arrived.
Tried to contact them every day since it was supposed to arrive with no answer to emails.

Something is wrong with this company..

Phone calls go to a full mailbox, so assume flooded with issues like this.

Beginning to wonder if this is a scam site 🤔 . With all the negative reviews .
I ordered a sunlounger to come next day , with no self assembly required. still nothing?
How long does it take to send a pre packaged parcel?
If I haven't heard anything tomorrow then I will be doing a charge back through my bank.!!!!

All good

I was a bit sceptical about ordering from J Mart due to the negative reviews but my experiences has been quite the opposite. Item was perfect and the price was fantastic. No complaints about them at all. I paid for Next Day Delivery but EVRi (Hermes) decided they would take 2 days despite tracking showing they had the item 3 days ago. Not holding J Mart responsible for EVRi's failures. Very pleased overall.

I wouldn’t recommend

I ordered next day delivery on my item. I’ve waited 3 days and no mention of a delivery. I’ve also contacted the company but have had no response which isn’t great customer service . I’d just like to know what has happened to my order. Won’t be ordering through again 🥴. Very disappointed.

Please save your time and money and…

Please save your time and money and shop elsewhere. Poor service - one way communication - deliberately overcharging via additional delivery charges for services that they cannot achieve.... AGAIN PLEASE AVOID!!!!

Ordered a Bistro table 1 week ago and still awaiting item to be dispatched. Excuse after excuse but still not dispatched.
Will never use again and advise people to steer clear of company

Very bad service

Very bad service!

No idea why a system update results in stopping the business. Let`s see what will happen.

Awful - avoid this company

Ordered a small, simple item - a breadbin, paid for express next day delivery. Item has not turned up 4 days later, I’ve emailed them and received no response. Can’t even find a phone number for them, but even if I did I’m not sure I’d have much luck.
Awful company, I’m not too sure how they’re still trading in all honesty.
IF my item does eventually turn up, I’m now concerned that it will either be broken or of poor quality - from reading other reviews.
I will never use this company again and would recommend anyone else to steer clear!

super speedy service

look I ordered an item and I am a real person I then read lots of bad reviews and thought I had probably made a mistake but hey I ordered Sunday got home from work tuesday and the item had been delivered by hermes what can I say great service and I will definitely order more items oh yes and the item is great and the delivery charge isn’t exorbitant don’t hesitate buy !!!!

Non existent service

Non existent service. Need to exchange item. No phone number on the website, or on the purchase confirmation email. Found one online, nobody ever replies or rings back (despite leaving message). Sent two emails, no reply to either. If you buy from them just hope you don't need any follow up.
