I ordered goods that arrived broken. I immediately tried to contact the company but the telephone has never been answered.
Emailed to ask for replacement or a full refund and was offered a small discount on the damaged goods, which I refused and again asked for the company to collect the damaged goods and provide a refund.
After 2 weeks I was informed that The company will only provide a refund once the goods are returned, but a further week on and 4 further emails, it has still not confirmed collection by its agent.

paid for, then got message, refunded. still waiting for it. i am confused that payment was taken for the initial order. Why was this not picked up on before payment transaction. pretty crap actually.

Great product, cheaper than anywhere else. Paid for next day delivery but took 3 days to come. Emailed Customer servicesAnd they refunded the delivery cost with no problem. Would buy from here again

Wheelbarrow arrived without sufficient pieces and without a means of checking how to assemble it or how many pieces were required. Extra bolts and nuts were posted but I returned it all as offered and have received a refund. I would have given a very poor report had I not had a courteous response to my criticism of the product. I still think it is bad practice to send out an incomplete self-assembly product without an illustrative diagram of how it should be assembled and how many parts are required. I believe you have a duty of care to your customers who could injure themselves trying to assemble heavy parts.
