Bad experience, drop shipper
This is a drop shipper with no stock on hand. I ordered a wing and cannards, the box arrived with only the wing and a hand written note that the cannards were discontinued. I contacted JM for a refund for the cannards and the rep stated he didn't know they were discontinued. Meanwhile the wing didn't fit my car, even though it was listed as an option with details and all. When I contacted them to exchange it, the rep kept talking down to me, assumed that I (a woman) was someone's secretary and not the BUYER. He was adamant that I needed to fabricate my own legs and make it fit, meanwhile there was a different wing by the same company with proper legs on their own website! It was a nightmare to exchange it for the properly fit wing and I had to pay shipping twice. Terrible overall experience.
