Hi Nicoleta
I can see that your order was shipped from us on August 6 and was delivered to you on August 17. I realize that’s a long time to wait for a package, and I’m sorry it took so long, but I can see from the tracking number that it was due to a late UPS truck arrival — something we unfortunately have no control over :-(
Best regards,

Quick delivery, but the bands are very thin, I expected a stronger product

Hi John
I'm sorry to hear that the product isn't what you expected. The thickness of the bracelets is listed on our website, so unfortunately we can’t do anything further in terms of providing information about the product — I apologize for that.
If you ever need bracelets or similar items again, please feel free to contact us by phone, and we’ll be happy to answer any questions you may have about the products.
Best regards,
Janne Maul

"We highly recommend for their excellent service in assembling and dismantling trusses. Their team was professional, efficient, and reliable, ensuring everything ran smoothly and on time. A truly trustworthy partner for any event production.

Hi Alyne
Thank you for your review! We really appreciate it.
Unfortunately, we don’t offer installation services for roof trusses—but we do for bracelets, which I see is what we delivered to you :-)
We hope to have the opportunity to serve you again in the future.
Best regards,
Janne Maul
