Cannot recommend Julie enough. Absolutely amazing at what she does! We started our process with Julie for buying a house at the end of November. We told Julie we wanted to be in our new home as soon as possible and thanks to Julie, we received our keys at the beginning of January. As first time buyers, we did not understand a lot of things, but Julie made sure to take the time and explain everything we needed. Would defiantly recommend!

Julie has handled two property transactions that I have been involved in. Both should have been reasonably straightforward - unfortunately both turned out to be complex and protracted. What can I say, they just went the extra mile for everything. My son used an online solicitor with fancy dashboard but when things went wrong, they had to intervene and sort things out, they are gems. I needed to move quickly, very quickly and they pulled out all the stops to get it all sorted as needed, brilliant.

Julie makes the whole process easy, she is very helpful, responsive and friendly, and very good technically at all the complexities of this difficult process.

I worked with Julie to buy a previous property while she worked for another firm a few years back. When it came to selling and buying this time round I had to hunt her down and was happy to find that she'd setup independently. I gave Julie a call and she was incredibly accommodating and as before provided a fantastic personal service; always being available for a short chat and answer questions and keeping everything on track. I should add that in this situation I worked with Julie remotely and was able to complete everything incredible smoothly using post to send signed documents and email / phone.

Very efficient and helpful service. Can’t recommend enough, the smoothest house move I’ve had.

We had not worked with Julie before and required help re transfer of names on property deeds. You will not find a more proactive, knowledgeable, professional, customer focused service than with Julie. Julie is very accomplished and attentive to detail whilst also explaining to clients, in layman's language, the actions being taken. Julie explained the whole process to us, each step within the process, the relevant timescales, and who is responsible for specific actions. It worked like clockwork and well within the timescales quoted.
As other reviewers have said - she gets the job done!! We don't know what we would have done without her.
