The products are second to none. Cosy and warm, fit very well (I take a man's Large) and beautiful patterns. Despatched very promptly after brief exchange of emails and payment. Highly recommended.

After e-mailcontact with Clare Cooper of J M Cooper Knitwear I payed for two Men’s Suede Patch Crew Neck Jumpers, delivery included. However I got a notice from the Royal Mail that I could collect the package after paying the postal costs. I asked Clare Cooper to pay as agreed but she did not respond. I had to drive 30 miles to get the package and payed at the desk. One of the jumpers turned out to be of inferior quality with weaving faults and holes caused by broken threads. I confronted Clare Cooper with this and all she could cry out:'You are rude, don't ever contact me again!' Not the best publicity for J M Cooper Knitwear....
I expressed my concern to the company and quess what... CC replied and warned me that if I would give a negative review she would expose all my emails with her. Whow...Have I missed something???
My advice: skip J M Cooper Knitwear unless you want to have a good laugh... and a useless jumper.
