I've placed some challenging orders and their team has handled every one of them with enthusiasm, professionalism, and a willingness to do what it takes to provide a successful outcome. The JM Field team is a pleasure to work with and I recommend them without hesitation.

Our company was working with another 3rd party shipper that was an entire nightmare from the beginning. Problems started right away, & after 3 months we knew the problems wouldn't stop & we needed to switch to a reliable company that we could grow with.
JM Field was amazing from my first online chat with Kyle, all the way to shipping orders. They have an amazing process and integration, and their own unique software tackles many of the things BEFORE they happen. From kitting to child sku's & everything in between, we could NOT be happier!

We have been very happy with the service at JM Field. They are professional, customer-centric, and efficient. The team has taken the time to get to know us and our products.

Overall experience has been good. There were several initial issues that did not go smoothly, but after pointing them out, things got much better with the integration of systems. Call center service needs improvement. Calls connect immediately with our song and message played, but wait time for a live person has been 7-10 minutes. Service representatives don't have thorough knowledge of our products so they cannot give good answers promptly. This needs to be addressed.

Best company ever! I had two businesses with Shipmonk and their service was so dismal that i switched both accounts to JM Fields and they have by far the best fulfillment/warehouse service that i have ever seen!

Moreover, their customer care team is excellent and provides immediate resolution to any problems.
