I have no doubt that Martin at JMIW is a capable worker, but getting him to deliver work on our project was another matter entirely.

We enlisted Martin's help to create a wiki around May 28th, 2020. Martin gave good information, then suggested we started with a 10-hour commitment to exploratorywork starting at $1000. We agreed, and the work began.

Or did it? A month passed, and when we followed up with Martin, we were told that the work was complete, he just needed to forward through a use guide and overview of what was done.

Another month passed, during which Martin was absolutely unreachable - not replying to emails or phone calls.

It is October 1st as of this posting - four whole months after work "began", and we have no way of quantifying whether the work was done. We have no way of getting our money back, save legal action.

The experience with the project has been soured and delayed. If Martin follows up after all these months, perhaps this review will be removed. Until then...

JMIW have easily been the best support company I have dealt with in my 15 years in industry. Quick, Smart and Reliable. I cannot praise them highly enough. It is refreshing how they work so professionally, whilst being flexible when needed. 5 Stars

We first met Martin and the team at Just Make It Work approx. 18 months ago when our website stopped working for no apparent reason.

Since then they have been an invaluable part of our team at Avant-garde and nothing has been too big, too small, or too difficult for them, and they have been true to their name,... they just make it work!!!

Martin at JMIW is incredibly knowledgeable about seemingly everything to do with IT- whether its laptops, networking and storage or even telephony systems. He's dedicated, ethical and a genuine problem solver as well as a top bloke.
