I have to say that India always goes that extra mile. I had a complicated mortgage and a lease renewal which involved at least 4 solicitors. India dealt with all of them and made sure that they weren't slacking and she managed to complete within a very short time frame. This is not the the first mortgage I've had through India and Funda and I'm even more impressed this time round. Fantastic job ladies.

Both Funda and Naomi were outstanding at outlining what was currently going on and the coming steps. They simplified things every step of the way, Communicated with me any changes. The interest rate dropped twice between offer and completion. they locked me in on the lower offer both times. I cannot recommend this team enough. I have never dealt with anyone so professional and who make it feel so personal to them at the same time.
