Unauthorized Use of Our Company Documents

We would like to notify that it has come to our attention that JNI Wholesale / JNI Closeout INC (with an address of 324 Borelli Blvd, Unit C, Clarksboro, NJ 08020 United States, Tel: +1-856-4188680) has been supplying documents bearing our company's name (Sia Group Limited) and logo without authorization. Specifically, we have discovered falsely attributed invoices using our proprietary invoice template. Those falsely attributed invoices have been presented as proof of supply chain documentation.

Prove that your business is legitimate

Oh, they respond if you're willing to spend money. BUT! You cannot verify that their products OR THEIR BUSINESS itself are legitimate. Check WHOIS lookup, New Jersey Division of Revenue and Enterprise Services, and New York Department of State and see if they come up anywhere. In my experience, they don't. It was a stupid mistake on my part, but I didn't know better as I just started my business. I feel completely taken advantage of, and can't for the life of me understand why other business owners haven't posted about their experiences with JNI. I know others have gone through precisely what I'm dealing with now - JNI sells you products to sell on Amazon and assures you that many other amazon sellers buy from them, but then your seller central account gets completely deactivated and amazon explicitly tells you that it's because they cannot verify JNI as a legitimate business. I don't want other people to have their money essentially stolen like what has happened to me. If you sell on amazon, your account is likely at major risk as amazon DOES NOT view JNI as an authentic supplier because they repeatedly fail to provide simple, standard documentation to verify their business. JNI eventually does become unresponsive. I spent over $6,000 with them and have not profited a dollar and I'm at risk of losing my entire business while they don't suffer a thing. JNI kept all the money and I am fighting for my business because of them. If you have experienced something similar with this company, post about it! Warn, help and protect others! If people before me had posted about their experiences (I've since learned about others in my exact situation), I wouldn't be in the position I'm in now. If you buy from JNI Wholesale and you sell on Amazon, your business is very likely at great risk. And it's not as simple as writing a little POA, apologizing to amazon and getting your account back. People need to stop acting like it's no big deal. I've lost track of how much money, time and energy I've lost since this all started. Don't make the same mistake I did, and if you have, help me stop others from falling into this trap. Do not stay silent because that's how the issue perpetuates. This is all based off my personal research and experience and I am committed to preventing others from wasting their time and money with JNI Wholesale like I did! I was always respectful to JNI and I feel like they were lying to my face from day 1. That's very creepy.

ATTENTION Amazon Sellers

Amazon Sellers: Proceed with Caution

My seller central account is deactivated and I have not been able to sell for months because of JNI Wholesale.

JNI Wholesale has shown a blatant disregard for the consequences their practices cause to Amazon sellers. They continue to sell inventory even though their supply chain cannot be verified to meet Amazon's requirements. Despite being fully aware of these issues, they fail to provide the necessary documentation, leading to serious risks for their customers, including account deactivation.

This is not an isolated incident; JNI Wholesale knowingly operates under these conditions, leaving sellers at risk of losing their inventory, funds, and potentially even spending thousands on reinstatement efforts. JNI profits while sellers suffer.

They say things like, "I know have to plead to avoid you from spreading negative reviews.” Well what about when I'm the one who is being harmed, where's the pleading from you then? You clearly don't want to be harmed, yet you harmed me gravely.

It is unconscionable that JNI continues to do business under these conditions. They should not be allowed to profit from these practices, as they cause significant harm to Amazon sellers who trust their supply chain.

Disclaimer: This review reflects my personal experience and understanding of Amazon’s requirements. I strongly recommend others carefully consider all aspects before making any purchasing decisions with this supplier.

No response to any form of contact

No response to emails, no answer when trying to contact by phone and I tried every day for a week. I continue to receive offers every day via email subscription but currently doubt there is actually a business
