Brilliant service

I find the service excellent. Im pleased that you get a code ibt email and also has to get con formation from your bank before the transaction take place. I know my account is safe. No one can access my account without me knowing. Well done to Jn money on line. Ill shall be recommending this service. Only drawback I was charged for sending mony for a roof after Mellissa. I heard it was free. But obviously not.

Overall my experience has been okay but…

Overall my experience has been okay but what has ruined my experience is when my partners account was blocked by a cashier because he couldn't provide a same day statement which his bank doesn't do. He provide a valid statement with bank stamp as requested by one cashier but this lady said it was not good enough and blocked his account. It was like the cashier was making up her own rules. I then had to travel to send money when I was heavily pregnant and have never had an issue as i have been served by other cashiers

I went to the branch to send money to…

I went to the branch to send money to build my house in Jamaica. I didn’t think if I send the amount it would raise an alarm, however the cashier asks for a source income and ID/address. I went away to get the documents and returned. Because the bank statement didn’t show my last work monthly income from work, even though I explained that my statement only issue on the first of each month. She made up her own rules, stating she needs to see my last income on the bank statement and I won’t be served.
She then blocked my account . I have used other money transfers without no problem or staff making their own rules.

Went to deposite some funds into my JN…

Went to deposite some funds into my JN account last week and I must say it was the worst experience I have ever had in a bank to date. The person who was supposed to be assisting me with my transaction goes by the name of PAULA THOMAS. Her attitude was disgusting she was very disrespectful and for someone who is suppose to be dealing with the general public she needs to work on her communication skills she was very unprofessional this is NOT an experience I would like to go through again or anyone else for that matter appalling customer service.

Visited the branch on soho road and must say that the cashier Paula was very rude and requires urgent customer service training . I will not be attending this branch again.
