Ordered a bunch of their products and was charged extra for 1-2 day delivery. Over a week later the box arrived and looked like it had been used as a football. Seller didn't respond to emails at all and only responded to PayPal case to offer less than half the value as a refund. PayPal refused the case as it's "food or perishable items", so now I'm out £40 with nothing to show for it.
