For the past four years I’ve trusted Joanna Graff Aesthetics for Botox to my upper face—forehead, frown lines and around the eyes—and the standard has been consistently outstanding. Joanna’s consultations are meticulous: she maps my facial movement, explains muscle dynamics in plain English, and tailors dosing to preserve natural expression. No hard sell, no overpromising—just measured, evidence-led practice.

Treatment is swift and precise. Micro-injections are light, discomfort minimal, and downtime essentially nil; I’ve often gone straight back to meetings. Results settle exactly as discussed within a fortnight: horizontal lines are softened, the “11s” eased, and crow’s feet refined—yet my face still moves. I look fresher and better rested rather than “done.” Makeup sits smoothly, and people simply say I look well.

For several years I’ve been under the care of Joanna Graff Aesthetics for bruxism. Joanna’s clinical judgement and light-handed technique have been genuinely life-changing: the jaw tension has eased, headaches have all but vanished, and my sleep is markedly better. Just as importantly, the downstream effect has been profound—reduced enamel wear and a calmer bite have allowed my dentist to carry out restorative work with far greater predictability and longevity. In short, Joanna didn’t merely treat a symptom; she unlocked better dental outcomes.
From the first consultation she was meticulous and honest, favouring conservative dosing, clear explanations, and measured review appointments. Hygiene and safety are impeccable, results look natural (no heaviness to the smile), and aftercare is thorough and responsive. She also liaised with my dentist when needed, which made the whole plan feel truly joined-up.
If you grind your teeth and feel stuck between night guards and repeat dental repairs, speak to Joanna. She combines precision with genuine care, and the result has been a material improvement in both my oral health and quality of life. An outstanding practitioner—highly recommended.

Would leave minus if possible 1 star doesn’t even begin to cut it, I went to Joanna Feb 1st 2025 for laser scar treatment on my face (during this no eye protection was used should have been a rec flag) and after laser Joanna advised I had to wait 3 months for a further laser for scarring on the face (the top up) no noticeable difference at-all after the first session so I went back for the top up in July 2025 straight away I noticed something weird the scars instantly scabbed way bigger than the actual scar and fell out leaving me scarred even worse and deeper !!!! I panicked and contacted Joanna straight away, was very hard to arrange a date and when we did I attended. Upon arrival no plan was made to correct this and clear no thought had been given regarding my face and ended in a heated discussion and blame being put on me I asked her why this time was different and she said she used a different setting (clearly didn’t agree with my face) I explained the thousands I had spent and the pain, downtime and mental distress and how it has set me back months !!!! Joanna responded with ‘my other clients are normally patient’ I expect they are when they haven’t been botched!!!! Reluctantly I came to a signed agreement of future treatment plans to correct the scar Joanna left I then contacted Joanna today 4 weeks after corrective treatment to book another and was told she is ‘working’ as if me a client was not part of her job (laughable) I have now been blocked and any number I ring on will be ignored I have now reported this to the JCCP and posting this review everywhere to make others aware of the dangers of going to a laser practitioner that is NOT a doctor (I asked for payment to go elsewhere a real doctor apparently this is not part of her policy)

Joanna is great, I’ve been coming to her for years now and she’s always ready to answer any question I have and is so good at explaining how your treatment will work. she is super friendly and we always have such nice conversations. Walk out from Joanna feeling great and always in a good mood

Joanna is an amazing practitioner. She’s educated and professional but also has an incredible talent for tailoring treatments to get the best results for your face. I’ve been to plenty of other good aestheticians in the past but Joanna has been doing my lips and Botox for a few years now and I would never go anywhere else. I’m very lucky to have found her and recommend her 100%

Joanna is an extremely educated, professional practitioner, who gives solid advice, and will let you know what to expect. Joanna makes you feel relaxed and comfortable. Beautiful You

In the middle of lockdown with closed shops and hardly anyone out and about in town, I was intrigued to see a new business at the bottom on Market Street, where it comes out onto Shoplatch. I was even more intrigued when I saw that the owner, Joanna Graff, is an aesthetician. Now, I hadn’t been to a hairdresser for months, and I certainly had never consulted anyone about my face, but on looking in the mirror back at home, I decided my elderly complexion deserved a treat.

Joanna is an expert in facial massage and I spent an hour almost floating above myself in total relaxation whilst she applied her products and scraped and massaged my face. When I got home, my family were really surprised at the difference the treatment had made to my facial skin - tightening the creases and reducing tiny scarring on the bridge of my nose.

I have never had any aesthetic treatment before but I am amazed how much my skin has profited from Joanna’s work. I sincerely hope she does well and that more of us seniors decide to give our faces a real uplift.
