Great experience ordering new inserts and note pad - they’re fantastic and I’m loving using them already!

I've just received my first order from Joanne's Journals - I've ordered the advent calendar for this Christmas but I decided just to buy a few small accessories with my 10% discount for signing up.
Firstly I am delighted with the packaging, presentation, design and apparent quality of the items (from first look) and I can see they will come in really handy.
Mainly though, I want to use this review to say how utterly impressed I have been with the customer service I've received over the last 24 hours. Owing to problems with Royal Mail, my original order was not delivered when expected and I was concerned about a delay meaning that delivery would clash with my holiday. I dropped the company an email and literally 3 minutes later I had a phone call from Emma to discuss a suitable solution. I feel that she as an individual and the company as a whole have gone out of their way to put right something which was really not their responsibility, and this has resulted in my receiving the order as quickly as possible. The service has really exceeded my expectations and reminded me of the personal touch that can be achieved by smaller businesses. I would not hesitate to recommend this organisation and I look forward to continuing as a customer in the future.

I have purchased many products from this company and I have never been disappointed, joanne is very good at designing everything even to listening to what her customers want from her, she then fulfills everything. Jo and jordan always goes above and beyond. Jay does the live shows and is always ready to show you all the products, jordan is amazing,always there with fun and lafter. They are All an amazing team, ready to help with anything, would definitely recommend there products.

I recently ordered from Joanne’s journals, the customer service from start to find was incredible. I had a problem so reached out after to the company via email, it was out of hours so I was not expecting a response, however they replied within an hour. They sorted the problem which I had and answered any further questions.

I placed my order and it was shipped the next day (I ordered late at night and it was shipped by 8am the next day). Items are sent with a tracking code so you know where they are and when they are arriving.

Items were packaged beautifully.

The items are a brilliant quality. I love that you can pick everything yourself, so you have what you need and not any things which aren’t relevant to you. The design of the inserts all look amazing and are so easy to use.

I was so excited that I sat for two hours setting up my planner exactly how I want it, and now use it every day. It’s helped me to stay on track with not just daily life but shopping, cleaning, self care, mindfulness.

I started my journal journey with a mystery box. Absolutely love love love it so much I have gone on to buy other products and accessories adding to my collection one order at a time. This company is amazing, launching new products, subscription boxes, mystery boxes and bargain boxes. New products and possibly the chance to buy items at a later date. I love the fact i'm supporting a family run business. I myself and my husband are business owners. Support is needed so much at the moment. I would definitely recommend Joanne's Journals!

In a quest to get my life more organised I decided to get this journal from Joanne's Journal!

As an AuDHD mum, wife and house wife, my brain is constantly juggling school dates, appointments, household tasks, family plans, reminders and about a million other things at once. It can become overwhelming very quickly, so having everything organised in one beautiful place is an absolute game-changer for me.

What I especially love is that it isn’t a rigid, one-size-fits-all journal. It can be adapted to suit exactly how you want and need to use it, which makes it feel incredibly personal. I can create a system that works with my brain, my family and my everyday life rather than trying to force myself into a planning style that doesn’t suit me.

I love how much thought has clearly gone into creating a journal that supports real, busy everyday life. It gives me the structure my brain desperately needs while still feeling enjoyable, motivating and completely individual to me.

I genuinely feel like this journal is going to help me stay focused, feel less overwhelmed and finally keep on top of life without carrying everything around in my head. I cannot wait to make it part of my daily routine and bring a little more calm, organisation and control into our family life!

Also customer service is good the one time I had contacted them to query something. Emma reached out to me and explained the process.

What started as buying a gift for a family member, and being lucky enough to win a serenity luxe bundle for myself on the night has quickly turned into an obsession! The quality, care and thought that has gone into every single binder or accessory truly makes it work! I cannot recommend enough, and a big shout out to the fabulous JJ team, especially the wonderful Emma who deals with customer service, and on the odd occasion I’ve needed assistance with an issue, everything has been sorted so quickly and professionally, I would certainly recommend.

What fabulous products from a fabulous company! I have a few journals now, luxe, vegan leather, folios and mystery boxes and I am always astounded by the quality. Choosing inserts that fit my life mean that I only buy what I need and do not have bits that I won’t use. Customer service is second to none and are always listened too! I’ll never use another planner company again!
