There are great products for good price, but there are also aprox 10% of broken, with missing parts, unusable items (my personal experience). Fast shipping to LV (one week to door from Poland). It would be good to know, before placing a bid in the auction, whether the item is damaged or simply returned.

I order a-lot from jobsalot sometimes 4-5 days in a row, very happy with the products I receive, however with every order I get there seems to be items missing, I have had items I didn't order which I reported. One thing I am giving 3 stars is Customer Service. I understand its an online auction and itinerary may not be available but if I don't reach out for the missing items customer service will not reach out to say we couldn't fulfil that item and it takes days to receive a response and a-lot of the times I don't bother reach out to report it missing, one thing I have also noticed is if a product ordered is not available I will see the same item in bidding for so many days in a row and it makes me think because its sold for less than they wanted they relist it.

The product arrived damaged during transport. The responsibility for proper packaging of fragile products lies with the seller. The seller refused to take responsibility.

I received a different product than what was advertised.
The listing clearly stated “LeukoTape 3.75 cm x 10 m – 12 Rolls” and showed an image of a box containing 12 rolls. However, what I received was only a single roll.
This is not a case of missing parts, but a completely different product configuration. A box of 12 rolls and a single roll are not the same product.
The listing is misleading and does not accurately represent what is actually being sold.
Customer support was responsive but refused to offer a solution.
Update: The company’s response focuses on the “QTY” field, but this is not the issue.
The listing title and image clearly describe a 12-roll box, while I received a single roll. This is not a quantity misunderstanding, but a different product configuration.
This is also confirmed by the price difference: a 12-roll box typically costs around €70–€100, while a single roll costs around €5–€10. These are clearly two different products with very different values.
A 12-roll box and a single roll are not the same product, and presenting them in this way is misleading.

Love jobalots , you are told that return items can be damaged or missing parts. So you make that choice so you can't complain if return items are not good sometimes. The only issue I have is how long it takes them to dispatch the goods. Not as quick as they used to be

This is email they reply for the product I purchased time I have lost money with Jobalots due to receiving completely different items from what was advertised. These are not small variations or minor discrepancies – these are entirely different products placed in the wrong boxes. That is not a customer-return issue; that is a handling and quality‑control failure on your side.

I have received broken items three times. Two of these were clearly not damaged in transit. They were packed and shipped damaged. This is not right. That’s a ripoff. Some items I have bought are of substandard. Recently bought a tumbler glass and it’s as thin as a feather. It can literally break when you squeeze it hard in the hand-not even safe for use. Definitely not suitable for kids. I’ll easily break and harm them

This company has some great products... And some absolutely terrible ones. Approach the bidding like everything might be broken, and limit your bid values accordingly.
I got some absolutely lovely things (including electric neck warmers, lampshades, lots of clothes, a sit to stand desk riser, makeup organiser, wheely trolley, etc).
Conversely I also got some things which ABSOLUTELY should have gone in the bin before they were listed (guitar with a completely smashed in front, hand blender that had been fully broken in half, baby bed guard missing key part of the frame, furniture missing key parts needed for assembly). Some items have had imperfections (significant warping on plastic containers &metal frames, bag missing the strap, numbers of items in a lot less than stated, etc), which I understand... But the stuff that's very obviously broken well beyond repair really shouldn't be listed. (Honestly... What do I do with an unplayable guitar with a smashed in front except bin it...?)
Buyer beware - you might get a bargain or you might get a pile of rubbish that you need to dispose of for them. As the shipping costs are weight dependent, if you're going to buy something you may want to consider buying a number of things to take you over 10kg to make shipping free, and then you might get lucky with some items that make the purchases worth it.
