Awful agency. No communication, they dont answer calls. As long as they get bodies on they dont care what happens after that. Worst agency about. Do not contact they will give you false hope and no support

Review about Job&Talent:
This agency is a complete joke, not a professional company at all. I honestly don’t understand what they actually do – it seems like they just collect people without any real plan. I went for registration a week ago, and yesterday I got a message saying I should come for another interview and choose a time slot. I did that and went there, only to be told that I didn’t need to come because I had already registered, and that I just have to wait for a message from them.
I wasted my time, fuel, and a whole workday because I had another job offer from a different agency for today. Job&Talent should at least refund me for that lost day. Totally unorganized and disrespectful towards people.

I got an email Thursday saying I should be ready to do an induction Monday and I emailed the agency with all the documents and answers and nobody never came back to say anything, really unrespectable.

From starting to getting my contract with savers I was very happy with the help and the training I received at Darlington depo
The staff were Always happy to help out if I had any problems
And helped me get my contract

Whatever u do dont apply to this job and not threw shipbob ! This agency is stright trash from a person who knows how that agency works they do alot of unfair firing which will later led up to lawsuits aginst them if they keep up there dirty little habits . They will fire u if they dont like u or find a poor reason to get rid of you or fire u at that ! As fast as it is to hire a person as fast as it is to fire u ! There whole agency is stright garbage not like any other company’s that know how to run a business this agency need to be report to the business berau and shut this agncey down immediately!

Super abusive agency! Abuse with all private data they collected

This so called agency does not even contact you for any vacancies ! You apply for one and they never ever contact you about this. Take your ID and Proof of Address but no call, in fact you chase them! Waste of time. Encourage you to download their app which by the way is not easy to navigate. Don't waste your time. They don't tell you what to bring when you see them. A time is allocated but then 20 other people turn up at the same time, in your slot !. Unprofessional avoid at all costs. If I could give them zero stars I would. If you have a brain and can communicate look for the job yourself don't rely on these bunch of cowboys. Bunch of snake oil salesmen.

The company is focused on every single thing including hygiene, every worker's health and safety and also break on time. The staff is cooperative and disciplined. They updated the availability to the agency workers so they can fill their shifts if they can or if they want.
