Help me to get interviews and land a job.

This site executes what it says it will do which is Automate the job application process. However The one Star rating is because I do not believe the tailoring software actually works as it says. I've been running this program for 2 months straight and out of hundreds of applications all outside two have led to some sort of potential interview(2 virtual interview that were conducted by answering typical Project & Program management questions. All the other applications I get almost immediate (ATS generated response saying "thank you for your application However we're going with candidates that fit closely to our needs" this happens usually within 1-2 hours most of the time and at the latest approx 2am which I know there isn't a human reading the application. Which means it's not getting past the ATS system though they claim to make your resume fit the role.

I’m receiving opportunities that I would not be able to get just out on the normal Internet etc. Great Job Job Hirr.Ai

The platform made it pretty easy to navigate and see who was getting my resume. I didn’t get a lot of opportunities but that’s probably because I didn’t work it enough. Put the time in and I believe this platform will work for anyone!

Not what was promised, did not respond in a timely manner and did not get the services paid.

The tech is solid. You will have to massage it but the bones are great.

Used this service for 2 months, did not get a single call back or contact. Total waste of money at a time when I really needed to tighten the belt. Maybe your experience will be better. For me, this was a terrible waste of resources.

On the homepage it states get an interview in 15 days or your money back right at the top.
After being with them for over a month I still haven’t had any interviews.
When I asked the company what I needed to do to get my money back from their guarantee they said “The search process runs automatically and can take some time. There’s no fixed timeline for when employers will reach out with interview invitations — it could happen quickly or take longer. While we do our best to send your resume to as many employers as possible, we can’t guarantee responses, as that ultimately depends on them.” and will not follow through with their guarantee.

Quick and easy. Got interview requests in day two.

So much easier then applying for jobs.

I thought the ADs were a bit hyperbolic but they were dead on. I have been out of work since October (6 months) and I was frustrated and starting to doubt myself. I signed up for JobHire.ai and got an offer in 3 weeks. Great UI and I loved how the AI continued to tune its self based on my feedback. I am recommending this to any friend looking for a job.

Easy to use product and really helps get your application numbers up without spending 8 hours applying. After a few days of applying I had several interviews lined u op.

I’m not complaining yet but I don’t know what’s going on. There’s no feedback or discussion about anything that has happened or is being done. Just charges.
