Plenty of activity, no legitimate outcomes
I signed up hoping to get some exposure to job postings I wasn’t finding on my own and an opportunity to interview for new roles.
On day two, I was connected to what JobHire.ai counted as an interview. During that conversation, it became clear that the company had no U.S.-based employees, no identifiable U.S. operations, and no hiring infrastructure aligned to the U.S. market. That context wasn’t shared upfront and materially changes how legitimate the opportunity actually was.
Immediately after the conversation, the interviewer went on PTO for roughly three weeks, with no handoff, no follow-up, and no continuation of the process. There was no indication the role was active, staffed, or capable of moving forward.
Over the next three weeks, JobHire.ai submitted over 100 applications on my behalf. I personally reviewed and approved every application in advance, and only roles with an 85% match or higher were submitted. Despite that, not a single additional interview or legitimate screening resulted.
Taken together, this did not resemble a real hiring process. While the initial interaction may technically satisfy an “interview” definition, the overall experience felt staged to create legitimacy for the service rather than to connect candidates with genuine employers.

I was so fed up with the application cycle

I have been sending emails to follow-up and check my account as I cannot open to my dashboard to check any communications from any job prospects. If I log in/sign in to the website, it is asking me to pay another subsciption. My subscription will be over soon, but I never have the window to check the dashboard. Unlike last October, I can checked it because there is link in my email originally at my yahoo e-addy. If this is the case, I want a reimbursement, paying since September 2025 but had not given the opportunity.
