Optimistic about the platform
I signed up about 15 days ago and have submitted 58 applications so far. I’ve received one interview, three rejections, and the remaining applications are still pending. Overall, the user interface is clean and the experience feels very streamlined.
JobHire.AI has surfaced opportunities outside of my usual search scope, which has been especially valuable given how extensive my job search has been recently. The interview I secured wasn’t even on my radar, which I see as a strong positive.
At this point, I feel optimistic and plan to continue using the service for at least a month.

This feels like Carpet Bombing
This feels like Carpet Bombing. Not very precise, very open to scams, I get a lot of interest but not in jobs I am interested in or at a salary even within the window of consideration. Yes, it sends a LOT of resumés, but does it send quality, targeted applications? Some of this is my own fault - my resume needed rework to explain my value. Still, sending me interview requests for $35/hour roofing jobs is not helpful.

JobHire.AI works best for users whose goal is to submit a higher volume of applications, and it can feel less effective if you’re looking only for very precise matches. When there are limited job openings that closely align with your preferences, some suggested applications may be less relevant. In rare cases, AI-related errors can also occur. We actively work to minimize these, but a small percentage may still be affected.
To help improve your results, we recommend rejecting any irrelevant roles in the Preview Applications section. This helps the system learn your preferences and reduce similar suggestions over time. You can also try increasing your threshold in Search Settings to further narrow matches.
We’ve also added the ability to exclude specific keywords from job titles. You can manage this in My Profile → Resume, which can further improve relevance.

It works! That's the most important part. I received lots of interest, request for interviews and ALMOST a job offer. I ended up getting a job offer through another avenue but I would overall recommend this service. The only reason why not a 5 star, at first I received a lot of SMS from employers versus emails, it was hard to stay organized with the volume of requests (also a good thing). 2. It could have been more targeted. I received things I wasn't at all interested in, but overall there was stuff I was interested in.
