Ordered a bike on the german site of the manufacturer.
Got charged for my order within one day.
After two weeks had to contact support to get the item to a shippingstatus (open).
Two weeks after that and after multiple emails it turns out that the ordered product isn't even manufactured anymore but I could order an upgraded version (+300€) with a 50€ discount code. The upgraded version was not previously availabe.
Demanded a refund. Has yet to be confirmed.
