Excellent
I had a wonderful, seamless experience with Jobrack! Esther Anthony was extremely helpful and attentive. She helped make the entire process enjoyable :)
Positive experience!
I had a great experience with Jobrack. They helped me get a great job, and Chelsea was very helpful and professional from start to finish. The overall process was quite smooth.
Fantastic Experience
I had a fantastic experience with Adelina Comaromi. She was very friendly and approachable during our screening call, and throughout the interview process she was extremely supportive, answering all my questions. I would rate Adelina and JobRack 11/10 and highly recommend them!
Quick
Quick, clear and transparent, got my new role within a few weeks
Disrespectful, Demoralizing and Unethical recruitment process
UPDATE: Stop trying to patronize me Jobrack, for sure it's frustrating to invest time into anything without any result, but you didn't provide any feedback on my work despite your claim that you had 'assessed it' - also the reviews below say otherwise...
I recently went through the recruitment process for a role connected with Patent Bots / JobRack, and unfortunately the experience was disappointing and frustrating.
Chelsea was a totally unprofessional, dishonest, and disrespectful recruiter who rushed through our call without even apologizing for being late or for the technical glitch that reduced the time available. Because of that, I was unable to say everything I had prepared. She did not apologize for this either. In the end, it did not matter anyway, as I had apparently already been disqualified prior to the call.
As part of the application process, candidates were asked to complete a fairly extensive take-home assignment, which required a significant amount of time and effort and was unpaid.
After submitting the assignment, I scheduled an interview with the recruiter and even cancelled another interview opportunity in order to attend. However, during the scheduled interview I learned that my assignment had already been assessed as insufficient and that I would not be progressing further in the process - I assume she and the CEO of Patent Bots simply decided not to tell me this in advance and only wanted to waste my time -clearly transparency isn't their strongest trait.
This information could easily have been communicated beforehand and would have saved both time and effort. Instead, the interview still went ahead despite the decision already having been made, which felt like a lack of respect for the candidate’s time.
I fully understand that not every application will be successful and that companies must choose the best candidates. That is completely fair. However, when applicants are asked to complete lengthy unpaid assignments, clear communication and transparency become even more important.
I would also encourage companies hiring internationally to ensure that their recruitment practices are aligned with local labour regulations in the jurisdictions where candidates are located, including EU and Bulgarian standards concerning unpaid work and trial tasks.
I am sharing this experience simply so that other applicants know what to expect if they decide to apply

Yeah they are scammers and they are…
Yeah they are scammers and they are definitely going to waste your time, don’t even bother with that “quick” assignment you are never going to hear back from them

phenomenal experience with JobRack
I had a phenomenal experience with JobRack! Thank you for helping me get my dream job.
They were very thoughtful, communicative, provided regular feedback throughout the process. I felt supported all the way.
Big shout out to wonderful LiAnne. 🌸
Unprofessional and biased staff
Jobrack is not what it used to be, 6 years ago it was great, Ilma was awesome, but not, especially Chelsie, not so good. I got a 2 jobs there 6 years ago, without any problem ,and with paid tests, now, even thought there have been perfect positions for my skill, i got ghosted or gotten a template rejection email. They seem quite biased, like she wants to hire only people from south Africa. I even got in contact with one of the companies i applied to, and they said they didn't get any of my tests, and were quite surprised.

Don't waste your time
I’ve had multiple negative experiences with JobRack over the years. Long, unpaid assignments, rejections without any feedback, and very little transparency.
In one case, a company recruiting through JobRack misused my personal ID. JobRack’s response was simply to tell me to report it to the police myself, instead of taking responsibility.
I don’t feel candidates are protected or respected on this platform. I wouldn’t recommend it.

New job opportunity
I was looking for my next remote opportunity and Esther assisted me through all the process. I got info after each step and the process only took a couple of weeks (it also depends on the company, but still). I recorded a video, send my material, had a test job and three interviews in total (first one with Esther, rest with the company). It was all smooth and Im happy to say she assisted me to get my next opportunity in a great company as I was sent an offer. Thank you :)

My experience with JobRack has been…
My experience with JobRack has been nothing short of amazing. The caliber of companies they recruit for is a true reflection of their high standards and work ethic, which also explains why the hiring process is so thorough. I encourage anyone applying with JobRack to bring their A game, the process is challenging but absolutely worth it. A special thank you to Chelsea for her encouragement and due diligence throughout the process, her support made all the difference.
I've used JobRack for over 5 years now
I've used JobRack for over 5 years now.
Typical hiring platform, with one very serious twist - you will do FREE test tasks right after you send your CV (automatically, no review process, only exists to give a sense of seriousness). You will pass FREE test task (always at least 3 hours of work), and have a screening call, and then - nothing.
Either you'll get a generic "moved on in another direction email" or nothing at all. They did get smarter about this lately though - it used to be screening call, then FREE task; now they switched it to make you feel like they actually liked your FREE work.
So, they will get a huge base of resources from different professionals, for FREE.
I also got an email saying "Dear [Candidate's Name], your experience and knowledge are impressive.", which shows you they're not impressed, it's just for everyone. Very manipulative behavior.
Fun story - a company contacted me in January and paid for my test task. In July, JobRack asked me to FREE test task for the same company. I don't believe the company in question stopped paying for tasks, so you figure it out...Oh, also, I passed in January, not with JobRack though.
Just for reference - I've used the platform for 5+ years, had 58 interviews, 58 FREE tasks, not one offer. In the meantime, I was hired 3 times from other platforms.
This is very dangerous behavior and needs to be stopped, because the job market is already too tough.
EDIT after their reply: None of my complaints are about the HR team. In fact, Kasia is extremely kind and helpful, Esther is very prompt and helpful, and Aleks actually wrote to me from his vacation to make sure I didn't miss my interview with the client!
Neither do I expect or ask to get hired just for complaining.
What I am saying is that the management basically gives promises and guides about the process and especially free tasks section that are never fulfilled. It always takes longer than 2 hours, we are never offered a fee for it, and have no idea where the tasks, or videos we record every single time, finish going.
It goes against your own SOPs: https jobrack.eu blog/how-to-hire-testing-and-interviewing-candidates-part-4
