Suggested improvements
The cover letter never fills in on the company site, but the resume does.
There's no option to customize the cover letter either, so I use Copilot to do that outside your site and manually save it to my desktop because I can't even import it back into your site.
You don't aggregate many LinkedIn jobs or the same job as listed at the company site. I have manually added 76 external jobs in the last 2 months.
When I copy a LinkedIn job link into your external jobs, it does not pull up the job (LinkedIn error), and I have to go to the actual company and manually add that link to your external jobs, then customize my resume all over again.

I feel the resume editing can be even more better and cover letter it generates always have formatting issues. sometimes it fills random stuff in applications again i have to go back and edit one by one. over all not too bad. i have been using 4 months by now i guess i didn't even get at least a single resume picked.

As someone who's spent more than two decades in marketing and has worked across staffing, recruiting, and EOR, I've used and evaluated a lot of hiring platforms. Jobright is one of the few that genuinely feels like it was built by people who understand the job seeker's experience.
Everything just works. The platform is intuitive, fast, and removes so much of the friction that typically comes with applying for roles. I especially love being able to identify and connect with people inside the companies I'm interested in. That feature alone makes networking far more accessible and meaningful.
The AI-powered resume customization and cover letter tools are equally impressive. They help tailor every application without sacrificing authenticity, making it much easier to put your best foot forward while saving a tremendous amount of time.

I highly recommend their service because the moment a new job drops they notify you which means you are usually amongst the 1st few applicants to apply for the job. They just added recruiters and they do free ask me anything questions zoom meetings with their recruiters. It is worth the monthly premium that they charge.
