To be honest, I was skeptical at first. However, with patience, I waited for their response to my inquiries. Ultimately, I was able to achieve what I was looking for and they were able to solve all the issues I had related to payments and major technical errors. All of these problems I had were solved within a matter of 24 hours and I was sincerely surprised. This clearly shows that their customer service is on point. Shout out to Arbel (despite the fact that it's the weekend, he used his own time to respond to my email and personally direct the issue to the appropriate department within the company). Anyways, I was frustrated at first, because certain issues led me to assume that JobTestPrep "might" be a scam. I owe you guys an apology for this. I apologize for the sudden immature behavior with all the emails spamming yall. Thank you for everything.
Excellent service. Quick response to any answers. Thank you.
Unfortunately the simulation provided by JobTestPrep did not match the assessment I undertook with my job application, despite the simulation supposedly being for that specific job role with that employer. I have however received a refund in less that 24 hours. Very happy with the customer service and would still consider using again in the future.
Hello, I bought 6 months service in spring 2019 to train on PAPI 3 cubiks for the position of manager. I found useful the JobTestPrep pdf guide book regarding the general description of the necessary skills required for that position, but the test was different from their computer simulation.
Actually I was training on one sentence in each screen shot and I had to chose the level among various steps, from totally disagree to totally agree, while on the real test I had four sentences on each screen shot and I had to chose the one I more agree and the one I more disagree.
The real test was much more difficult due to the fact that the four sentences in certain cases had similar importance and I had difficulties to take a decision, and being coherent with previous answers.
in addition the real test took me more 25 minutes instead of the 18 minutes that I was spending many times to complete all the simuation. I'm not satisfied of this purchase, it should be more realistic.
I've tried several websites namely, AssessmentDay, GraduatesFirst and Job-test-prep to prepare for my online tests.
AssessmentDay had the best prices for the amount of tests available, but had no materials designed to teach you how to approach any of the tests or help you revise some of the basic math you may have forgotten. There were also many spelling mistakes in their tests and some of the solutions were wrong.
GraduatesFirst had good prices but they didn't have too many tests available and no materials to help you understand how to approach these tests.
While Job-test-prep was the most expensive of the three they literally had everything you needed. Tons of different types of tests from multiple publishers and in different formats, a lot of material designed to help you understand the logic behind how you should approach each type of test and excellent customer service.
The only thing I would say is don't necessarily expect that the tests you practice for a specific company will definitely be the same type of tests you'll be given when you apply for that company. They may be the same or they may not be the same (I've had both cases happen to me). Focus on the logic behind your test answers, and as long as you understand that logic well, you'll be fine regardless of what type of tests you'll face throughout your job search.

I bought the 3-month-package where you can pick which tests you want to do. Expensive but worth it. It will benefit me for all the comming tests that is to come, since I’m actively searching jobs right now.
I PASSED THE TESTS WITH FLYING COLORS on the current job I applied for.
The different tests all came with an instruction video where they presented how you would think to crack the questions. I found these very helpful. Together with LOADS of practice tests of different kinds within the same genre, that all gave the alternative to do on time or take step-by-step with included answeres and explenations of how and why the answer got to what is was, raised my bar for what I could prestige. It really took away my nervousness. By the time it was time to do the actual test, some of them I found easier than the practice tests.
Why “lose” to a test due to only being unfamiliar with them? If it’s a job you really want, why not practice beforehand and give yourself an extra edge? Because it really IS all up to YOU in the end.

A very well thought out and planned through well experienced trainers who have untold years of experience.
I personally gained so much more knowledge after viewing these videos and training tests.
Well worth the money highly recommend to every one out there who is not sore about buying the video series.
Very happy that I invested the money and took the chance.

I and my friends applied for the new Riyadh Metro. Part of the application process is to take the SCAAT. We purchased the concentration test a week before the application assessments.
Fortunately, we're able to make it. The test is really similar but not identical on the assessment day. From 160+ applicants, 60 were able to make it after SCAAT test. Preparation is really the key.
The test is well recommended. Must be purchased by anyone who is planning to take similar test.

Very good practice for actual exam, diverse examples covering all possible cases of actual test. Exceptional client support in case of technical issues. Highly recommended.

Purchased the PLI-Style Tests package for a PI Cognitive Assesment. Good value for money and actually a must-have for anyone who want to smash it.
Positive:
- Mock tests similar to the actual test: I scored similarly in the real thing
- Good training tests to prepare for special questions
Negative:
- Interface a bit different from the actual tests (1 question per page v 5 per page)
- Training tests are sometimes recycled from non-PICA tests so may not be as relevant
- No smart recommendation on what to focus the training. Didnt find a sub-score per type of question which could have been useful

UPDATED FROM 1 STAR : I WAS IMMEDIATELY CONTACTED BY CUSTOMER SERVICES WHO ISSUED A REFUND
I bought the full package (6 months access) but mainly wanted to practice for BNP Paribas e-cut test.
The material is very old (early 2000s).
I took the real BNP e-cut test on friday 16/08 and noticed many differences vs. jobtestprep training:
- no numerical test in the real assessment;
- a lot harder vs. the practice.
I would suggest they make the test practice more visible and easy to be located. Well done to all the support team for a quick respond. Their response were useful.
Interview prep needs to be revisited and updated. Video was a little cringe and a little fake. Other than that many tests offered, however limited choice for the one I needed.
After sales service from Sharon was exceptional. She dealt with my issue immediately. Sharon listened to my feedback and assured me that she had forwarded this information to the technical team.

I bought the 6 months worth £49 package based on the review to practice SJT for graduates. I should have followed some of the review given here. Yes, I confirm to those negative comments, which has claimed to JobTestPrep questions to be irrelevant. From, my personal experience as well, the practice questions weren't relevant to the actual test questions. I am utterly disappointed!!! I warned to other people to check before you buy!!

My experience is very similar to CMBS below.
After much research, I too decided to use JobTestPrep.co.uk for an upcoming interview. After joining, I received a special offer by email for 2 days of access to 1 practice pack for £29.
I spent 6-7 hours doing practice tests & reading through the supplied guide. When I undertook the test, it simply bore NO RESEMBLANCE OR CORRELATION whatsoever to materials contained in my purchased 'practice pack'.
Part of my decision to purchase was because of their 'Money-Back-Guarantee and Refund Policy' which states: "If there was a large discrepancy between our tests and the real test, you will receive a full (100%) refund".
I lodged a 'support ticket' via their website but received no reference number and I did not receive a response. I followed up with an email 13 days ago and again still not received a response.
I will be following up also with a chargeback from my credit card company and seeking redress under EU Consumer Laws if possible.
Basic customer service at the very least acknowledges customers, not completely ignore them when they have your money.

UPDATE: Since posting this review and sending a followup email, I have since been responded to and received a refund in full without any further hassle and have upgraded from 1 to 2 stars to reflect this.
Their claims however they tried to contact me by email are false. It was only after posting on Trustpilot they emailed me to say they were "unable to find an email or ticket from you connected to this email address other than the one sent on the 8th of May."
Also the claim below that they tried to contact me by phone are false as I never provided one! Seriously.
JobTestPrep.co.uk probably sell good products when they match - but they are equally happy to sell you one when there isn't a match also. Would have been 4 stars if you had simply responded to my email and provided a refund in the first place.
