It was easy to order and the goods came in good time

Jockbox styling is unique. Inbuilt jockstrap in a classic boxer shorts styling. The shape looked good on me and the fabric is lovely.
The only drawback is the €13.56 customs charge incurred for a company that says it's a UK Instagram account.
The products are from the US, which explains the customs charge.
It could be an Instagram error, stating UK instead of USA.
I don't know.
It means, for me, it would be a luxury treat purchase rather than a return client basis

I recently subscribed to the monthly box and in my first box, the underwear didn't fit. I contacted customer service about this and they said because I tried it on, they are not returnable or exchangeable even though the tags are still on the items. So I immediately cancelled the subscription and will not purchase from your site again. You should inform the customers that all sales are final. It does not say anywhere on the product page that you may not try on the product after receiving it.

At the risk of losing more money because the sizing of an item ordered wasn’t a good match, why would I hazard another purchase with jockbox again?

They have a fantastic range at a good price. The only negative and that because I’m from UK is shipping time is on the slow side

I looked for the communication and got it on the first topic, it was also solved well. However, I had another concern and have not received any reaction for more than 2 weeks so far. Very very unfortunate. Therefore 2 more stars otherwise it would have been worth one star.

Was more expensive than everywhere else, but at least was in stock: never arrived, the email address on website is redundant and they never replied to my messages. Is this company even legal? Am I getting a refund? Is the order still enroute, 7 weeks later???

Jockbox has a great selection of many brands and styles of underwear. From brief to Jockstrap to Thong and boxer brief styles, they have it all. The prices are extremely affordable. You can get assistance for sizing specific to you. My only concern, and it's not a big deal, but I can't figure out how to use the Jockpoints I've earned.

I got a great pair of pouch boxer briefs on sale; I like supporting gay companies.

Emailed customer service four times over a two week period about a return/exchange with zero response. I have no choice now but to dispute this transaction.
