I bought a dress from joymitty and the size was completely off. I asked to return it and they offered me 15% off and keep the dress. I said no as I didn't want the dress . Then they offered me 25% off. Again I said no , I wanted to return it. If I return it now I will have paid nearly £50 for a dress that cost £32. Not impressed with this company and will never buy anything from them again !

The clothes bear no resemblance to the adverts. Dreadful material which should have been a warning when looking at the price. I am now battling to get money reimbursed (not the postage) so far with no luck. Don't touch this site

Thank goodness I've read these reviews before deciding to order from Joymitty. Sorry to all of you for such bad experiences.

This sight is disgusting spent £50 on awfull poor garbadge gave to chatity shop never worn items i was fuming with numerous emails back and forth to no avail they just don't give a dam please avoid at all costs

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
Clothes advertised are nothing like what you end up getting. They are AWFUL. Sent everything back which cost quite a bit and they have been PENDING since AUGUST.

Item delivered was nothing like the one one that was ordered. Two attempts to get return details ignored. Dreadful site, a pure scam, avoid at all costs!

I think this yet another company started up, has same pics as other companies from china from which I STUPIDLY purchased a couple of tops.
Shoddy material, not even hemmed, nothing like pictures.
HAVE WOKEN UP TO FACT THAT IT IS ALL SCAM COMPANIES.

The company is fraudulent. Despite taking my money I have never received the goods (2 months later) and my only response is repeatedly telling me to contact Hermes. This I have done; no sign of my parcel. Legally my contract is with the retailer and it is the retailer’s responsibility to fulfil its contract. Joy Mitty refuses to refund. Please HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH THIS COMPANY.

Would not have given any stars if it was possible. I ordered a teddy (furry) hooded jacket to go over my PJs. The tat I received is disgusting, cheap rubbish. I wish I'd read the reviews before ordering this rubbish. I've read quite a few reviews about returning the item and it doesn't look good. I may have a problem trying to return this piece of crap!!! It definitely isn't worth the price I paid. It's not going to fit me, the material is inferior quality, the cut is terrible, and it's moulting!!! I'm going to try returning this piece of rubbish!!! Wish me luck!!!!!

I wouldn’t even give 1 star if the review would have allowed me to. I ordered a dress 30 pound,?it took weeks to arrive and quality was shocking, made of felt. Asked for return details and still not received them. The company is not in the Uk and I priced with the office return costs which would be 12pound. I’ve given up waiting for return details but will not fall for this SCAM again, disgusting.

These scam companies make me sick! But where do they get the pictures from of the clothes? If the company who has these pictures are ligit I would love to know because they would make a fortune selling them! They are gorgeous!

This is a scam company, I ordered a gold sequin sparkly xmas top in medium. What i eventually received a month after christmas was a cheap printed polyester top far to small. It neither sparkled or had sequins. The return process is difficult i have emailed them and awaiting authorisation to return for a refund but not holding my breath judging by the comments on trustpilot. Wasted my money and still had no sparkly top for christmas eve party.

Delivery was slow and when items arrived the quality was poor. I had to email to ask permission to return and was offered a 10% refund and to keep the items. I refused as I wanted a return and a full refund. Then I was offered a 25% refund, 5% off my next order and to keep the items. A return address was included in this email in case I still wanted to return. I looked into the cost of postage and it was £20 for items which had cost me £40 and an 8 week delivery time. I decided to cut my losses and go with the 25% refund and keep the items. Just waiting to sss if I actually receive the refund now!

I posted on here a few days ago. To anybody who reads this before purchasing, DO NOT go any further. My Christmas gifts ordered over 3 weeks ago have still not arrived and if they did now they would be useless. Customer service are also awful, standard replies and no customer care at all. Just wish I had read the reviews before purchasing.

Purchased a Christmas jumper on the 26th November said 10 days for delivery it's now 18th December and it's still in the processing stage. I have been in touch with the company only to be told if I cancel there is a 5 percent cancellation fee. Surely this cannot be correct. Will never purchase anything from them again and advise anyone else to go elsewhere

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. It is a total scam. Disgusting clothes, nothing like as described. I have chased form address, returned goods and now 7 months on my parcel has been returned from Chinese Customs after being held there and tracked all that time. I haven’t received a refund despite doing everything they asked. Told me to be patient and have a nice day. Unbelievable. Don’t touch with a barge pole.

Wish I had read reviews and saved money. Top arrived and nothing like picture. Advertised as a sparkly top and all it is is a cheap top with printed dots on it. No sparkles whatsoever. Not just disappointed but am so angry. What a con company. Avoid at all costs.

The clothes are cheap and poorly made, nothing like website pictures. The returns policy is intentionally difficult - I wish I had read the reviews before and won't ever use this site again my advice is to steer very clear.

If I could give less than one star I would. Horrible cheap clothes. The worst kind of polyester I've ever seen. Only fit for the bin, doubt that a charity shop would even take them. Don't even think about buying from this site they're fraudsters.
