A thorough survey was done of two bow windows and measurements taken by Colin, we ordered two sets of aluminium windows . The friendly team who installed our windows were very good, nothing was too much trouble. Andrew, who headed the team was very professional and knowledgeable. We are thrilled with the end result. A good experience from start to finish.

Went to Joedan for a new front door as used them for new windows years ago, which we love!
Effortless process, someone came to my home and talked through what I wanted, they even changed the design of the door a bit to ensure the window was where I wanted it. Measurements were done swiftly and then fitting arranged.

Fitters were helpful, tidy and professional and my door looks fantastic!!

Would recommend without hesitation!

My elderly mother (in her 80's with dimentia) has been pressured to have an apointment on the door with one of your agents neil. He would not take no for an answer, two of my mums neighbours have also had the same experience. Very old dated practice. Have reported to IOW stading stading standards. AVOID!!!

Incredible company. Sales rep was friendly. Installers were brilliant and cleaned up after they finished.

Price was so much cheaper than Anglian and the windows were more energy efficient.

Will be ordering from them again.

We originally had aluminium windows supplied and fitted in 2019, they were very particular about the sales and order process which felt quite rigid but the job was done to a very high standard and on time (we had a tight build schedule) we later ordered a set of french doors from them, again great service and they returned when we had a small issue with these doors and corrected it. Recently we called them as one of the original windows was not closing correctly. They were on site within 3 days fixed the issue straight away. Very rare to get such good service these days. Highly recommend.

I originally used this company some 8 years ago, they had a showroom in St Mary’s Cray, called Micron, I’ve used them in my previous home, it made sense to use them on our new home, although this was eight years ago when they fitted our entire house, some 18 windows and bifold doors, did an amazing job, all black aluminum, we’ve had no problems, but recently the bifold doors became a little harder to open, I contacted Joedan, the fitter Les came and inspected, did some minor adjustments, and ordered a few new parts, he was back on Monday and did an outstanding job, the doors and runners are perfect as new, no mess, no dramas, perfect job, thank you Les, and thank you to Joedan, we are very pleased, no hesitation using you again or recommending you to others.

Poor after sales customer service. “Managers discretion” on whether warranty is transferrable after home sale, no transparency on terms. 10 year Warranty not worth anything.

The sales process was great and very can-do, and I genuinely rate the salesperson, who was so helpful.
However, on the installation date, I was contacted by the installation manager to say that they had forgotten to order the conservatory roof?! This is for a tenanted property and the tenants have been without a conservatory since the old one blew over in the storm in February. Really quite shocked at how flippantly this has been dealt with - probably because it’s only worth £12k - perhaps it’s not worth bending over backwards to help a customer spending so little on a new conservatory.
