Customer service is terrible. We used to be account holders and have had a break whilst our shop trends changed. Last week we have tried to place an order. They activate the account and then within 24 hrs DEACTIVATE it ( 3times)!! We have written in and asked for a reason and as of yet NO RESPONSE. That's fine, we can take our business and CASH elsewhere!!!
