I ordered a mystery box & 2kg Jelly bag
I order a mystery box, more than half were sour and 100% American. As there's options to buy American mystery boxes and just mystery boxes. I presumed I wouldn't get all American candy. The label on the box said "American" why advertise mystery boxes if they're all American boxes? I did order ac2kg bag of mixed jelly and I was pleased with those. But I wouldn't recommend the mystery box if you don't want sour or all American sweets. Just to add the American mystery boxes are dearer than a plain mystery box...figure that !....

Hi Elaine, the product you ordered was the Mystery 2kg Special Offer Bag which is a complete mystery as per the product description the sweets will not be mentioned as it is a mystery bag and is packed by the manufacturer (all bags are different)
You cannot make an assumption on a product when you haven't tried them we have had a huge amount of positive feedback from these sweets combine with the extreme saving as they worl out to be under 50p per 100g rather than the standard £1.39 per 100g.
We have hundreds of products on our website where you can select the sweets rather than order a mystery bag if a mystery is not what you are looking for.
CHILLI FLAVOURED SWEETS?? I received a 2KG supposed 'pick'n'mix'
I received a 2KG supposed 'pick'n'mix'. It was a large sealed bag of 3 types of gums. They looked good (although was slightly disappointed that there was not more variety). Delivery was also quick. I opened them and tried them and one of the 3 enclosed sweets (shaped like a gummi 'chilli'), to discover it was a 'Chilli' flavoured sweet (disgusting). Very hot, burned my mouth and more or less made the entire bag minus those offense sweets about 300g in total!). Now, I am aware that taste is a personal thing, but I am ordering 'SWEETS', not 'blow you head off' Chilli flavoured candy. I emailed the company to be told that as they had been opened I could not return for a refund - I replied that 'how would I know there were chilli flavoured sweets in the bag until the bag had been opened?' as who expects to get chilli flavoured sweets in a pick'n'mix?
Not at all impressed and will not be using this company again.
Company have replied ..see below...but again I will say 'hoe would I know they were chilli flavoured gums until opened???'
also....pick n mix should be exactly that ..a mix....3 types of gums are not a pick n mix...they are a trio of gums!
I will say again......I will not be ordering again (and also, please stop sending me emails about your 'great sweets' trying to get me to order again). This has been a let down, and 'cannot refund after eaten' is a poor reply.

We cannot offer a refund on the product if it has been open and eaten.
As mentioned in our email if you wished to return the item before it was opened we could have arranged that.
They are always pleasant and helpful…

We cannot send photos on trust pilot.

You won't be disappointed.
Although they do take a bit longer than other shops to dispatch, it's worth it for the choices and options. Customer service is also second to none, an error on my second order was sorted exceedingly fast with courtesy and a friendly manner. This is why I gave them 5 stars, everyone makes mistakes now and then!

First time order will not be ordering…
First time order will not be ordering again firstly not impressed with mystery box as three quarters of it nut related, I don't mind nuts but I don't wasn't a box near enough full of them
Secondly I order 2x jaffa fudge and 2 x Maltese fudge instead I got 3 x Malteser and one jaffa, a note or email would of been nice. I wouldn't have minded do much if the Maltese fudge tasted like Maltese but there was no hint of Malteser at all at best I could describe it as plain fudge. Overall a most disappointing experience.

Hi Samantha, you ordered 2 x mystery boxes with an RRP of over £15 which were £3.99 - meaning it could be a combination of any of the sweets we use (which cannot be all nuts as it is a mixture of sweets and chocolate) and we have had no other issues with this box other than great reviews due to the large amount of items inside the box.
With the Fudge we do not manufacturer it however we have forwarded your feedback onto the supplier. We give all customers 2 options when items are not in stock either a refund on the items or replace with similar and as you did not select refund they were replaced with similar as this would have been what the packer assumed was your preference.
I just think that the sweets I bought…was delicious
I just think that the sweets I bought are worth the money and the orders are very quick and get your money worth. Thank you very much for yours lovely sweets.
