Pilates…
I tried my first class of Pilates reformer last week, and found out when I got there, that I had to rent or buy gloves (30 jr for rent, 180 kr to buy) otherwise I could not participate. I have trained reformer for more than 5 years, never used gloves, and nowhere else would that be mandatory. It's ridiculous. Also, the class was poor, really basic, and in general not good vibes in the studio, I would not reccomend.

We have this requirement for gloves and socks to ensure everyone’s safety, so all our members can train comfortably and securely to all our Reformer classes.
We’re also genuinely sorry that the class didn’t meet your expectations. All our Reformer instructors are educated, trained and experienced, but each of them has their own style and approach. Sometimes it’s simply a matter of finding the instructor who best matches what you’re looking for. If you’d like, we’re more than happy to help you find a class or instructor that feels like the right fit for you.

The cancellation of the membership is…
The cancellation of the membership is as confusing and unfair as it has been for the past 3 years. I had to pay extra 520kr. because they cancel the membership via email when they get to process it. Now I’ve been also charge extra 520kr. three months since I quit. 1040kr. for not entering the studio once in two months. Will always tel people to stay away.

Viborggade- Østerbro studio
Viborggade- Østerbro studio- I signed up for this studio only for hot yoga, but unfortunately, I’ve had some unpleasant experiences since the very first day.
First of all, the reception area is just for decoration — there’s never anyone actually there.
During my first class, I had to wait 15 minutes in front of the door for the studio to open. For my second class, which was at 7:00 a.m., I again waited about 15 minutes in front of the building to get inside. Luckily, one of the employees from the next-door office happened to help me get in. When I finally reached the classroom, it was already 7:05, and the instructor didn’t open the door(i knocked the class door).
These were just my first two classes, and I can already see that the experience is becoming increasingly disappointing. Having to wait 15 minutes outside the building just to get in is simply unacceptable.
