order said delivered not even the right adders with tracking #emailed and asking me to load my credit card # to get problem fixed . sure looks like scam.now out $36.00 and no xmas gift to give.

Came nicely packed with no scratch though the shipping took forever; qualitys decent and looks vintage cool on my wall. I waited 3 weeks for this beauty but gotta say its legit stunning and exactly like the pics shown online.

I was pleasantly surprised by the unique look and craftsmanship; loved how the vintage style enhanced my wall decors charm. Could improve packaging for safer shipping, but still delighted with how elegant it looks.

I waited for over 4 weeks before seeking an update on my order 102936 and was advised it was sent again and asked to wait a few more days. Again contacted their support email address 5 weeks later and advised “ The logistics company reported that there is something wrong with your package, and the recipient needs to contact the local post office to confirm what the specific situation is.” Guess what the post office has no information on the package. DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE AS IT IS UNTRUSTWORTHY!

These are not US sizes. I ordered 4 shirts XL, they are marked XL, but they are more like Small or Medium. Company is only willing to refund $15 on a $50 order. DO NPT BY FROM THEM SCAM. this has been going on for over 2 months.

I give them one star only because I can't give them 0. This outfit is a scam. My item was never delivered and they refuse to process a refund. Fool me once...

Over 4 weeks since despatch and still no sight of the goods. Keep updating you with transit details but coming to terms that this is part of the scam. By their so called parcel tracking it took about 2 weeks to finally leave the USA, 2 days to make it to Australia and has now been in country for about 2 weeks. Last update it was supposed to be in Townsville a week ago which is alarming because the parcel has been transported past where I live in Mackay after clearing customs at either Sydney or Brisbane. Additionally the usual transit time from Townsville to Mackay is one day, two at the absolute worst. The other thing is that in the last few days they have been peppering me with emails offering large loyalty discounts on further purchases. Maybe the intent is to try and extract further money out of me before i twig that the whole thing is a set up. I will be amazed if my goods turn up. Update 12 September 2024: unbelievably the goods I ordered finally arrived today. I had resolved myself to the fact that I had done my money cold. However still a bit dodge as the package came via Australia Post from Sydney with Yangen as the sender. Only 4 days transit from Sydney to Mackay after receival by Australia Post. My guess is the goods were dispatched out of China more recently and not the USA as the original tracking data would have me believe.

Don’t buy from them!! It’s a scam. They update you with postal delivery then it stops. Customer service does not help at all. It’s a scam that they drag out

I order a silly calendar with dogs pooing in nice landscape. It ends up that only the 2 first pictures was really nice and the rest is just close up to dogs and their poo. It is false advertising and I am really disappointed. Also, the calendar is really small.

Love the sneakers. They look great in my 6 year old who had a bit wider feet. Love the stitching on the laces too! Really nice sneaker!
