A bit disappointed today. Came to buy the Morgan bangle but shop was a bit busy so had a look around. Not a problem as we then went for a coffee. Came back and said I wanted the Morgan but was now thinking of a similar one I’d seen on the website. Was told to have a look around but then someone else came in so decided we didn’t want to wait again as it sounded like it might have taken some time. A shame because all the other reviews seem really good.

Bought beautifully made silver necklace and it arrived in less than 24 hrs.

I have looked at the products online for a while now and decided to visit the store on an impulse to make my choice. The store is a delight, everything was available to look at and try and nothing was a bother, even looking at customisation of items to ensure a perfect fit.

Be warned the designs are so delightful that you may leave with more than you bargained for! But there was no hard sell just a willingness to ensure you happy with your choices.

As for the silver itself, the quality shines through. I purchased the Bethan bangle and ring, the ribbon earrings and an Isla ring. They both beautiful and strong and will treasured in my jewellery collection.

After returning home I decided to exchange the Bethan bangle for the cuff. A quick phone call and this was simple to organise. The greeting was warm and welcoming rather than me feeling I was a bother.

Overall I couldn’t recommend them all more highly.

Gorgeous jewellery that we first saw online. We were not disappointed. The bramble line is as beautiful in person as on the website and a perfect gift for my daughter's 40th birthday.

Absolutely unbelievable delivery and service. My fiancee bought me a beautiful bangle and matching ring for my birthday but unfortunately we needed the ring resized as I wanted to wear it on a specific finger. We sent it back and it was delivered back to us within 3 days! We were stunned.

Purchased the gold & silver version of the bramble ring. Within 6 months the silver had oxidised to black. Contacted CS who advised to return it for polishing, which I did. Within 1 week it was discoloured again. None of my other silver tarnishes as rapidly or as badly as this.

I forgot to use my discount code when placing an order with them. I contacted them directly afterwards, aware that they did not have to honour it, but they very promptly came back to me and refunded the amount back into my account.
