I was extremely impressed with their customer service. I ordered on a Sat and unfortunately, I ordered the wrong charm. I emailed customer service, asking if they could possibly change it. On Mon morn, approx 30mins after they started trading, I received an email saying that it had been done for me and price difference refunded back to my account. The charm itself is beautiful. 11 outta 10 for service, quality and price
