Although it looked as shown it was slightly smaller than I expected. It was bought as a birthday present. It was nicely presented in a gift box. It was delivered as stated. I was kept informed of the delivery which I found very good. I would buy again from John Greed Jewellers.

Sorry you felt the charm was smaller than expected. These charms are standard size to fit the classic style starter bracelets. The bigger charms are the Glam charms, which are made to fit the Glam bracelets. Pleased you found we provided an all-round good service and that you will continue to shop with us.
