Beautiful charm, bought for my wife. She loves it. The writing is a perfect match to my hand writing....I don't know how they do it. As for John Greed....absolutely amazing, as always. Delivery was super quick considering it was a week away from Christmas and the charm was "bespoke". I can't fault either the product or the company and will definitely be ordering again.
