Bought this for my wife as a xmas gift 2024 after several months birthstone fell out.Good job my granddaughter said there was a years warranty.Have now received a replacement will need to wait to see how long this will last.Have taken couple of stars off but will continue to use your business for nomination charms as most have been good quality.PS already sent picture to yourselves and returned old charm.
