Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. I am sorry to hear that the earrings have become faulty. This is highly unusual. I can see that you have been in touch with the customer service team regarding a replacemetn pair of earrings. You advised us that you have never removed the earrings, and they broke whilst sleeping.
We encourage wearing your jewellery as much as possible. Although we would always advise our customers to remove any jewellery when cleaning, swimming, bathing, partaking in sports and whilst sleeping
