Don't give this company your money

Don't give this company your money. If there any issues with the order, they drag their feet when issuing a refund. Still waiting for full refund after being advised it was being processed 3 weeks ago.
Very poor service, possible company facing financial problems.

Order never arrived

Order never arrived, still waiting for refund after 2 months. Customer Service is terrible they only email delayed responses, the mobile contact number is never answered. They blame Royal Mail for lost order. No offer to re-send another bag, just a stressful experience all round. Their service does not match the high price of their bags.

Very disappointing customer service. Still waiting on a refund.

So disappointed with this experience. I had been coveting one of these bags for over a year, finally had the money to pay for it and ordered one. Due to the confusing naming of the product, it accidentally turned up in the wrong colour. It was agreed my money would be given back, so I sent the item back (at my own expense as the wrong type of label was sent through to me) and I still haven't received my refund for the postage or the product. I spoke to the team on the phone and was assured I would be refunded last Friday, it never appeared and I now can't get hold of anyone on the phone. I have left messages on Instagram, email and voicemail. I was holding off leaving a review so they had the time to resolve the issue, but they haven't and I've now been forced to do this. Very disappointing and quite anger inducing really.

I WISH I HAD READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE ORDERING MY BAGS. I ORDERED 2 BAGS AND WAITING FOR A REFUND AND GETTING AUTOMATED REDPONSES WHEN I CHASE MY REFUND. THE TELEPHONE NUMBER ON THE WEBSITE DOES NOT WORK, NO PNE EVER ANSWERS. I HAVE MY PROOF OF RETURN AND WILL NOT LOOSE MY MONEY, I WILL TAKE IT FURTHER. THE CUSYOMER SERVICE FROM POM POM BAGS IS EXCELLENT- NOTHING LIKE THIS!!!!

WHEN I RECEIVED A RESPONE, ELLE WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND APOLOGETIC. ELLE PRICESSED MY REFUND STRAIGHT AWAY. IF CUSTOMERS ARE UNAWARE THAT THERE ARE ONLY 5 STAFF, AND THE RESPONSe IS SLOW OR NOT RESPONDED TO AT AL, Obviously PANIC SETS IN AND u BEGIN TO WONDER IF THIS IS A GENUINE COMPANY OR A SCAM. Moreso because the number provided is a mobile . WHEN U HAVE SOENT YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY YOU DO EXPECT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. ANYWAY ALL RESOLVED THANKS YO ELLE. As mentioned previously in our correspondence, we're a small business of only 3 employees, and our customer service team are available Monday - Friday 9am - 2pm so if you have called on a weekend or out of those hours, your call may have been missed. Capri bag…

I waited only a short time and my capri bag is beautiful I’m very very happy and now my daughter has ordered two of your bags. The packaging was very tasteful as well

BUYER BEWARE

If you reside in the United States beware. If the bag does not meet your needs, the return cost is on you. There is no US address, so you pay for international shipping which can be $200 or more! Their website does not indicate this. I am stuck with a bag I cannot use and am out the money.

no refunds here

i ordered Santorini Maxi Tan luxe vegan leather and canvas oversized tote bag, that had an option of personalization. but the bag quality wasn't good, so i decided to return it, they say they don't do returns on personalized items, even though it was just a small tag, which must cost like 15£. They didn't warn me that i can't return it, before buying. I sent them the item, but they didn't refund me nor send me bag back even after 2 months.

Helpful and responsive

The bag is currently on pre-order, so I can’t comment on the quality just yet, but I’m giving 5 stars for the customer service so far. I had emailed about a bag that was marked as sold out, and they responded very quickly to let me know when it would be back in stock and that I could pre-order it directly through them which I’ve now done. Really impressed with how helpful and responsive they were.

I have wanted to get one of their bags for years...

I have wanted to get one of their bags for years because it was one of very few vegan brands offering beautiful bags, but couldn't because I lived in a different continent. Now I'm finally in the UK and was excited to get a bag from them, but I've just found out they barely have any vegan bags. There's not even a vegan category. The few bags still labelled vegan are mostly not vegan (Porto, Santorini). The name of the product says vegan leather, but the description says 100% grain leather. All around disappointing.

Warning! Misleading

Warning, this company used to use vegan leather and now uses genuine leather. I just viewed a product (the Santorini bag) that states it is vegan leather underneath the picture but when you click on description it confirms it is 100% grain leather. Very misleading. You can’t advertise something as vegan leather when it’s not.

Stella large bag in tan

Stella large bag in tan. Beautiful leather, the colour is gorgeous and looks very classy. Large enough for my laptop, water bottle and any other necessities for the day. I opted to have it personalised. My full first name on the tag. Unfortunately it doesn't look right. The J looks not as indented as the other letters, and it also looks like a lower capital to the rest of the letters. So I'll have to take that tag off. It'll drive me nuts. Other than that. Lovely.

Poor customer service

I believe my order is due for dispatch this Friday. A month after you took my payment.
I’ve emailed and never get a reply. This is very poor. If this order isn’t dispatched as stated I need to get a refund. It’s a lot of money and it’s for a birthday present next week. Customer service non existent

Not worth the price and poor customer…

Not worth the price and poor customer service!

This is my 3rd JLR bag that I have had and they are of very poor quality. The first one they replaced for free as it was within warranty and was falling apart within 6months. The second the same but I still bought another because I love their designs and haven’t found similar. This one again is falling apart after 5-6 months use and I have emailed twice and reached out via instagram but they have completely ignored me.

In the last few years their bags have dramatically increased in price and to me seem to have massively reduced in quality. I don’t expect them to last for years but I also don’t expect the stitching to be coming loose in multiple places, the handles to snap off and the lining to be fraying and coming loose.

Avoid.

My bag arrived beautifully packaged it is well made but unfortunately it is to big for what I bought it for I have emailed JLRLondon asking if I can exchange it for a smaller one and haven't heard anything from them.if you buy a bag make sure its the right size.
