I have been buying their waxed jackets for years. First time I got one I was over the moon with it, the cut, the insulation, the style .. beautiful. Sadly within a few short months the front pockets started fraying and before you know it I had a big tear. I blamed myself and went out and bought another one. Same again, the front pockets started fraying and eventually tore. I wanted to love this brand so much, I love the cutz the sizing and the feel so much so that I even occasionally wear the jackets with tears in. That being said, this quality issue is low and so sadly it has to fall into the "make a quick buck" category of Primarni and Shein. Such a shame.

This company could not make returns any more difficult if it tried. Firstly, you have to pay for them- and yet their sizing policy is awful. Xl is enormous and yet it’s my size- They don’t answer emails or acknowledge returns. Beware !! I have since spoken with
customer services and they have spitefully cancelled my replacement order because of this review. Please avoid this company.

Excellent customer service - really informative and knowledgeable. Jacket I purchased is beautifully made and looks like it will stand the test of time. Made in their own factory too in Wolverhampton. Very pleased to have discovered this company
