I received a response almost immediately with a solution to my question and a link to the website for info on other products. I asked about vouchers and was told, I could buy these on the website which I did. My son was over the moon with his gift and was very impressed with the quality and range of products on the site.

Just received the latigo brown slip
Just received the latigo brown slip - everything is way above expectations. I don't understand the negative reviews (and I've read them all) other than that the company has corrected their previous short comings - the product is fantastic, the customization is perfect, and the company has been very communicative. I was not in a hurry and told them so - I did want the slip shortened given my stature and a 48" gun length - the advice came that they could shorten 1" off that standard 50" latigo slip - I went for it and the slip showed up today. All I have to say is WOW! Obviously longevity is still TBD but on day 1 everything exceeds expectations (standard HR BS but In this case it's true?.

Paid but nothing comes
I placed an order for a bag, at a price plus additional fifty percent shipping cost, and had a confirmation email. Was told to expect 10-14 days shipping. One month on I have yet to hear from the company, which I emailed with request for update. I did hear from a shipping company asking for additional payment or my package would not be delivered. Still nothing from anyone. Thank you very much to the tune of over two hundred fifty dollars.
