We hired Johnson Design and Installation for a new bathroom and downstairs WC. From the first design steps to the final outcome, the team did an excellent job. We stayed updated on every part of the work and the expected timeline. Through the installation everything was kept clean and tidy and made sure the house had no mess at the end of each day.Fitting both rooms took two weeks.

From the designing, prep - honestly the cleanest workmen I’ve ever used, to the installation, every part was seamless and not an ounce of stress.

The whole process from Emma’s visit to view my en-suite and show me some ideas to James installing the final design has been incredibly stress free and easy. Emma listened to what I wanted to achieve with the space and sourced some brilliant products. When James came to install; I was so impressed with his skills, attention to detail and work ethic. They were prompt, reliable, and respectful of the property and the family. I would highly recommend this company to anyone; my en-suite has been completely transformed! I have had walls knocked down, floors repaired and everything has been finished to an incredible standard.

Brilliant service from start to finish, we had two bathrooms installed at our home by Johnsons Design and installation. Emma came to our house first and discussed our needs for the refit of the main upstairs bathroom, this was very relaxed and efficient, she gave us some great idea's on colour schemes and how best to utilise the space.
The second bathroom was fitted into the back end of the garage, James and his team did all the building work and fìtting of the bathroom. Planning permission was required for this which Emma looked after for us.
Overall we are delighted with the completed work by Johnson Design and installation, I would highly recomend them to family and friends.

After being recommended Johnson Design via a friend I booked an appointment online. The process was excellent from start to finish, I felt as though I was truly listened to during the initial consultation which made a huge difference in comparison to other firms. I received my design in a timely manner and decided to go ahead with the re fit. My design was bespoke to my taste for example colour, brand and texture of materials used.

James and his team worked tirelessly whilst also ensuring the rest of my house was covered/protected. Due to myself having a bath ripped out and a wet room installed, I expected the landing to be dirty, however this was not the case and tape was used to cover every inch of the carpet. It was apparent that the members of staff took their time to ensure that every aspect of the job was completed to the highest standard.

I could not be more pleased with my new wet room and I have received multiple compliments from friends and family members. James used the highest quality materials and the bathroom is something similar to that you would find in a luxury hotel.
