We had already decided on the make and model we wanted, and the team at Johnson Cars of Swindon sorted out a test drive for us the very next day.

Evie was absolutely brilliant—super friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, and made the whole buying process completely stress-free. Once we decided to go ahead, she kept us constantly in the loop with personalized video updates, which was a fantastic touch.

The seamless service didn't stop once we drove off the forecourt, either. A week later, they changed the tyres at my request, providing a great loan car and even giving our car a full valet while it was with them.

The entire Swindon team clearly prides themselves on first-class customer service. Smooth going all the way, and I highly recommend them!

The communication was great, the staff in the dealership were very friendly and helpful. My car was in for it's first service this was done in the allotted time and I received a video of the work being done. I did have one little issue but this was immediately followed up and resolved.

I was notified by the company that my car was due it's annual service, and even though I had a small window in which to get it done, the Stourbridge branch were very helpful and booked me in.

Dropping off the car was easy, with the staff very helpful. I was also sent a video of my car on the ramp, explaining the current state of the tyres and brakes, and later called to let me know the car was ready for pickup.

All in all, the staff were friendly and helpful. The customer service was first class, and as always, I will be taking my car back to this branch,

I'd recommend Johnsons Ford Sutton Coldfield because they are a very professionally run company,fast ,efficient, pleasant to deal with.

I'd recommend Johnson's, Birmingham due to my dealings with the sales person, Duncan Plant. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I live 150 miles away, purchasing vehicle online and collecting from dealership. Handover was smooth and Duncan was there to answer any questions in relation to the car. On returning home I raised a few concerns with my purchase and quickly without a fuss exchanged the car for another of my choice and had it delivered to my home address. Duncan showed great empathy and made sure I was 100% happy with my car. He put me first and I can't thank him enough for all the help, understanding and support he gave me. I would definitely recommend this dealership

The staff there are friendly and professional, going out of their way to explain the work in detail that is needed for my car. Also they are very knowledgeable in the details of the spec of cars they are selling and don't mind answering any questions I might have. I would recommend and would bring my car there again.
