Ordered milk for my 4 orphan pups and as time was short I started to panic. I phoned them to check that it had been dispatched and the gentleman said that yes it will be with me within the timescale I needed. Very kindly he offered to send me a smaller amount overnight if it hadn't turned up in time to see me through.
