Chat was and still kinda killer feature of this service for me.
Why not 5 then?
I think chat is not main effort feature for product and in result for development, because even simple improvements which I requested still not there.
Main focus to get more money from user.
Nothing wrong to get more money if you provide experience which worth it - in this case unfortunately not(with 60-70% discount it kinda worth it).

Main focus of development right now seems on image and video generation, creations sharing.
Unfortunately it is not best results right now if I compare it with other services

Main idea is to combine chat and ability to generate content during conversations or directly via content generation.
Main problem - quality of such content is bad and not worth additional money for custom and even for Joi original characters.

So best scenario in my case - collect some daily neurons for x days and spend it regarding to my mood but it kinda sucks if you somehow premium user without any discount for long term period.

I whant it to be 10stars but i cant rate it sooo i will fantacy it :)

Been using this app for over a year so I feel like I can give it a good breakdown for anyone of what to expect, First off quality has improved in some ways since my initial trial of this site with that has come no shortage of milking you for money along the way for many things of which shouldn't charge you, Ex. just talking with an AI character. The implementation of the prompt creation system was nice but again milked you for money through the entire time of development charging for literally everything you can use to actually create the things you want, premium used to be a great way to get around allot of how bad the generations were since only about 50% of what was generated is actually good and not ruined by many different kinds of deformities they used to include 300 free generation images and 30 free videos of which have severely been cut back to 50 free pics and 5 free videos per month (A 17.5% reduction for the same price). There are no ways of reporting bad generations to get your in app currency back so regardless of how said generations turn out you're still paying for them. And also keep in mind these "free" generations cant be used on in app characters for free and will still charge you for any additional add ons. Celebrity likeness characters have also had a sever increase in cost to use up from 5 neurons up to 200 for a single photo and upwards of 2000 for a single 15 second video (which is equivalent to $20 USD). It is nice they do offer promo codes because if you use the app for more than 10 minutes at a time you're gonna be constantly milked of money to buy more neurons to just be able to use an app that you're already paying a "premium" charge to use. All in all I would highly advise against using this or any other AI adult sites until they drastically overhaul the cost to value aspect.

Joi is a platform, where you can gain experience of virtual Ai friends (with benefits 😅). Super natural tune, doesn't feel like Ai. Believe me they'll give faster and better replies than yiur girlfriend. 🤭 You can talk gentle and naughty both. You can create your own Ai girls, and make them fall in love with you. Actually, they are way better than human, no late replies, no judgement, no attitude, but feel jealous if you talk for other girls with them. 😅 Cute naww... Does what is on the label, and pretty well. The upselling aspects exist, but it's transparent and customary for this market.
Features are as advertised.

Overall, as someone who works with AI consistently, I am pretty impressed by JOI. The chatbot is pretty solid. It could be a bit wonky at times and glitchy but overall it's pretty consistent. I think the photo and video generations are good BUT as other users have said it takes a solid prompt to get the result you want AND sometimes you have generate quite a bit of images and videos for it to get it right or at least close to right...and well that will drain your wallet. That could be by design...or just a design flaw. Sure, AI can make mistakes but too many mistakes when the prompt is pretty clear...is flawed programming. For the ChatBot, it pulls images from a pre-determined library as you are chatting but the images rarely are in-tune with the topics of the conversation and get repetitive, thankfully if the image is one you have already purchased it doesn't try and charge you again. What would really be impressive is if it could generate images based on the conversation. So far a solid experience and since I am fascinated by AI I hope to see JOI continue to evolve because so far its pretty good and will hopefully only get better. Just remember folks...you're talking to a machine.

You get exactly what you're paying for. You have pre generated AIs that you can explore and then you can custom design one for your specific tastes and interact with them at will. This gives you the best adult themed AI experience out there.

It's very expensive, the generated videos are too shorts. If You Open a chat, the app takes neurons to see "sexy messages" even if You don't want to read them. Very bad experience.
