Great way to get some really good deals. A small adjustment in the way you shop and pay soon becomes an easy habit. It’s really fun to do the challenges and you save so much money on top of the cash back. If you are 50+ and not using Citro what are you doing.

Absolutely awful and dishonest company. Bought gift cards but never received them. Contacted Citro and told I have to contact the stores myself. They say it happens from time to time but they don’t advertise this… I wish I could attach images so I could show the email responses I received trying to get what I paid for. Stay away from Citro, there are much better reward apps out there. It’s backed by AMP and I’ve made them aware of the dishonestly of Citro

I would like to say I was apprehensive when I first signed up because the concept is new but after a very comprehensive and helpful phone call from Joshua, all became clear. Joshua spent time talking me through the sign in/activating process, he was very knowledgeable and his explanations alleviated my concerns thus making it comfortable for me to become a customer for Citro

When I eventually use my card thinking I am getting a cashback I don't. I have used Amazon on a few occasions and haven't got the cashback. Do you have to use it on the exact day it is offered. This is not at all convenient.
