I am writing this review to express my significant disappointment with my recent experience using Custard. While the platform initially seems like a great opportunity to earn through various tasks, the technical execution and subsequent customer support have left a lot to be desired.
My primary grievance lies in their consistent failure to track completed activities accurately.
On multiple occasions, I have spent considerable time and effort completing the specific tasks requested by the app, only to find that the progress has not been recorded.
When I reached out to resolve these discrepancies, I was met with the frustrating response that because the task "didn't track," they are unable to issue payment. This feels like a major flaw in the system; as a user, I am fulfilling my end of the bargain, but the platform's technical failures are being used as a reason to withhold earned rewards.
It is incredibly disheartening to put in the work and then be told that nothing can be done due to a tracking error beyond my control. This lack of accountability makes the platform feel unreliable and, frankly, a bit of a waste of time.
Until Custard addresses these persistent tracking bugs and implements a fairer way to verify and pay users for their work, I would advise others to approach with caution. I had high hopes for this brand, but unfortunately, the current experience is far from satisfactory.
So far so good. I have downloaded and played games, made accounts and deposited on some sites. The money has been tracked and payout was no problem

UPDATE- custard CLOSED the support ticket today 28th May.
30th April - custard responded with the same things they've being saying previously. At some point after 'waiting on third party', the support ticket status changed to 'pending' (I can't remember when), so I was hoping for good news. "As a gesture of goodwill" custard credited my account with £8 for level 4000.
16th May - I thanked them for sending the £8 and asked for an update regarding the remaining balance of £20 for level 5000. I can't withdraw from my custard account because it's below the withdrawal limit (£10). I told them I don't want to start a new offer, incase this situation happens again.
18th May- They responded back telling me what I already know concerning the withdrawal limit and suggested I can try one of their RapidPay offers, if I don'twant to try another one of their games. I didn't reply back 😒
Today 28th May- I got an email that custard have closed the support ticket. So I'm stuck with £8 in my custard account for now and lost out on £20 😐

Tracking needs improvement and should be informed when offers expire. I finished the required reward levels for a game, TriPeaks Master Solitaire on the 7th April 2026 (spent almost 200 hours on the game) and still waiting for my reward of £28 to be pending, validating and completed. The last two goals/reward levels of the game didn't track. Level 4,000 for £8 and level 5,000 for £20. Checked the website today 29th April and the game offer has expired.
7th April - I opened a support ticket to custard and also sent screenshots of evidence that I completed the required levels, install date shown on samsung gaming hub as 19/03/2026 (I installed and played for a lot of hours a day prior or so, then uninstalled and reinstalled, maybe due to storage/ I can't remember why), and screenshots of the custard website showing that they have tracked my install and the completed reward levels from the game.
10th April - custard responded that they're contacting the advertiser (and also stated that there is no guarantee they'll be successful in recovering my reward). However, they have recovered my reward before on 17th December 2025 when £10 from another game was not tracking, I had opened that ticket on the 10th December 2025. So it's most likely a third party/advertiser issue.
16th April - I sent another message on the support ticket asking for an update.
17th April - custard responded to my message saying the same thing as previous and they've sent the evidence to the advertiser.
24th April - I messaged them again, letting them know I'm not happy with their communication, again asking for an update.
24th April - they responded again, saying the same thing as previous messages.
The support ticket status is still 'waiting on third party' 🙁 I haven't messaged custard back yet.
The rewards are confusing. For instance complete level 9 in 30 days but when you look for higher rewards, you need to get to level 126 in 15 days? What?? Don’t always track progress. But customer service were responsive and polite

It takes too long to validate when you completed a task

Reply from custard
The timeframe for completing a task to payout then referrals is too long for me personally and the minimum payout sticks with you even after the first payment but other than that it's legit, but I have other gpts I use which have lower minimums and payout almost instantly
My payment is don't processing to Mr why is this always on hold I sent all verification in been verified and still haven't received payment

You forgot to mention in your oh so inviting ads that it takes OVER A WEEK to get paid...
