Had my first shot yesterday. I feel pretty not so hungry..

The product was superiorly packaged to withstand any summer temperatures!!

The response from a question I asked was prompt. The Nurse Practitioner, who identified herself by name, thoroughly addressed my dosing questions. No AI was used. No scripted feedback. Embody shipped in ten days.

In the beginning there was a little confusion on my dosaging, since i was previously on glp1's. But Embody stuck with me and got everything right, sent to the pharmacy and within a week, i received my GLP1 meds!

I didn't feel that this company was transparent. I was approved without a virtual face to face with a physician. They review your case and make a decision based on that unless they think there's a reason for a face to face. Unless you ask up front what your price will be for the following month it really isn't indicated anywhere in advance. I sent six messages asking to cancel and every time I was met with messages asking if I would stay instead of just cancelling. Finally they cancelled.

I just got my meds, so I am just starting. The carrier for delivery lost my meds and i reached out to Embody and explained the situation. I made a lost package complaint with the carrier so Embody was able to redo the prescription and resent it. They were very helpful and are already making me trust them and want to stay with their service. Looking forward to see if this medication helps with me becoming more healthy and active.

It’s hard to find the portal

Pricing appeared good, but overall poor quality experience. Was charged, and received emails implying shipment had arrived. It still has not. However, continue to receive emails assuming product has arrived. Requested cancellation. Embody replied that they can’t approve the cancellation as that is up the pharmacy All responses appear to be AI generated. Quite frustrating, and had hoped for a better experience.

I received my first order this week after ordering it last week, I am very impressed with the delivery and its packaging.
Also contacted support about prices and was assured they wouldn’t change.
So far so good, I am satisfied so far.

Pricing, helpful tips, quick response to email concerns was fantastic.
The delivery time not so much.
Was suppose to get next day air delivery, did not get it that way. Was sent ground travel, during a heatwave from TX to MI. It took 4 days to reach me, the ice pack was luke warm by the time it reached me. Causing me concern of the potency and safety of the medicine. Messaged with my concerns, received prompt reply.

The process was easy and arrived quickly. Support team had also been responsive and helpful.
