My salary is at the lower end of the scale to be eligible for Even's equity loan, and Charley was up front and honest with me about this from the very start. She worked tirelessly to ensure that my affordability would be the best it possibly could be, liaising with mortgage brokers and the firm's underwriting team, and giving me tips along the way. She was reassuring and friendly, and always happy to answer any questions I had.
