I absolutely love Fridays customer service! You get immediate responses in email and app messages. Their current promotion saved me a lot of money. I just received my first vial of compound tirzepatide in 2 days, and after my first injection I have absolutely no appetite. I am focusing on protein and veggies. If you're thinking about GLP-1's, this company is wonderful.
I was not given a heads up to expect this charge. I would appreciate an alert saying that my payment would be drafted on xx date.

Made a request for a refill, I put a comment that the medication is not very good. Hoping someone would reach out to me before approving the refill. Nope, they just refilled it. This is the 3rd company I have gone through, but this is the first time I feel I have received medication that does not work.

Absolutely horrid experience. First order went well - although confusing. They do not give instructions on how to work with them - like receive the product or getting your next one involves making a request for refill that is cancelled and then they order it and you can't follow what is going on at all. Second order - hit by weather delays and I contacted them because I wasn't going to receive it before I would be gone for several days. Their customer service ignored that I wouldn't be there to receive it, told me when it would arrive, ignored that it would potentially freeze and only addressed hot weather delays (not a problem in Illinois in January/February). I cancelled my subscription, then saw a document added to my account about a refill, had to contact customer service again to confirm it would not be shipped and had to ask 3 times for them to remove my credit card from the account. They only did it today after I also posted on their Instagram page about how bad the experience was and I was still waiting for my card to be removed. Guess what - that got them not only removing the card but also removing my post! DO NOT give your money to this company - it will only cause headaches. Oh and their BUD is ~1 month for microdose products which means that if you follow their instructions and care about a BUD, you can't get 4 injections out of a vial since shipping takes time.

Trying to shop & compare at this company's website is exactly the same as shopping for car or life insurance. They won't give you any information at all, until after you've given them ALL of your personal information. I've never been able to get past that creepy sketchy feeling one gets when dealing with a site like that, to actually see what they're offering. Too bad.

I’m really disappointed with my experience so far. I was told shipping would take 2–5 days, but it has now been 9 days and I still haven’t received my medication. A shipping label was created 4 days ago with no updates since, which has completely messed up my planned start date. I’ve contacted customer service multiple times and keep being told I’ll receive it “soon,” but no one can provide a clear update. This has been very frustrating, especially for medication that’s time-sensitive.
