Same as below, did everything, verified purchase of Simba mattress by dailymail but nothing after that and still waiting for the reward voucher to come through. It's been way over the time they set, 4 months+. It seems it's their strategy to make people wait and forget about it. Surely there must be some consumer protection body to report this as fraudulent.
Used the joingsg link as advertise in the dailymail online. Booked a >£5000 ski holiday to qualify for £200 cashback voucher. Did not receive the confirmation of completion so emailed the company. Company representative says my booking is tracked and is 'in progress'. But likely have to wait a further 4months. Based on other reviews - this company is not trustworthy.
I bought Shark Vacuum. Supposed to receive within 3 months £30 voucher. its been over 6 months, 13 mails and nothing. They last said we have sent, check you junk mails, nothing. Absolute terrible service.
Their website does not work but they deal with cashback for offers advertised in the Metro (probably other things too). I bought £200 of M&S vouchers via the Metro link but joingsg responded to say the purchase didn't track. I have pushed that this be investigated but I am not holding my breath. I will update this review if there are any positive developments.
